Key Requirements

  1. Employment Verification

    • Proof of employment with a foreign company OR evidence of freelance work.
    • Can be demonstrated via:
      • Employment contract
      • Letter from employer confirming remote work
      • Professional portfolio for freelancers
  2. Financial Stability

    • Maintain a bank balance of at least 500,000 THB (~$14,400 USD) for the three months preceding the application.
  3. Common DTV Visa Requirements

    • Must be at least 20 years old.
    • Pay a visa application fee, which generally ranges from 10,000 to 15,000 THB. However, for New Zealand, the fee is significantly higher, nearing 40,000 THB
    • Hold a valid passport with at least six months of remaining validity.
